The initial service covers investigation of the reported problem. Repairs, parts, maintenance, and corrective work are quoted or approved separately unless explicitly included.
Safety and access
Equipment must be safely accessible. Unsafe gas, venting, electrical, combustion, clearance, or water conditions may require shutdown or correction before normal operation.
Parts and warranty
Warranty applies to the approved work performed and does not cover unrelated failures, neglected maintenance, water quality, external controls, power issues, freezing, or pre-existing system defects.
